Bottom Line – A huge menu with all the styles you could want. Though it’s in the suburbs, it’s not far from downtown Fort Worth

Located about 15 minutes NW of Fort Worth, False Idol is more of a suburban brewery than downtown. Location is not bad, though not ideal. The place is on the small side, and it’s easy to miss the turn because it’s right behind a used car dealer lot. So if you need a pre-owned Acura Legend, you’re in luck! They do have indoor and outdoor, with retractable walls when the weather is nice. The menu is really big, with about 24 taps. They cover lot of ground stylistically too. The beers themselves range from good to very good. Service is solid but pricing is a bit high. To me, the pricing is that of elite beers or an amazing location. Ultimately, I would recommend if someone is in the area because they make some very good and interesting beers. I just wouldn’t tell anyone to go far out of their way to visit.
