Bottom Line – A Brewers Brewery? Solid brewery overall but with very strong ABCs but lacking pizzazz. Perhaps by design?

Diatribe seems like a Brewers Brewery. Recently opened, they seem to be on a mission to execute the basics really well. The quality of each was high, but the menu was on the small side, and just lacked unique flavors or styles; it just wasn’t super interesting. Only food is snacks. The brewery taproom itself is clean and well spaced, but nothing to write home about. They have a teeny tiny patio bar and a parking lot which seemed pretty unique to most of the breweries we went to. That’s probably due to the fact that it’s a little West on its own, but nothing is far in Asheville. The server was very nice too. Pricing seemed reasonable but we didn’t get anything to go since we still had several places to go afterwards. I may or may not go back when we return to Asheville, depending on how much time we have and how much the menu grows.
